  • Gift Cards: We accept gift cards, However, you must contact us to ask about the exact gift card you should be purchasing.

Please ensure the gift card balance matches or exceeds the purchase price. Remaining balances will not be deposited or returned.

. Payment Confirmation

To complete your purchase:

  1. Submit a payment using one of the accepted methods listed above.
  2. Retain the payment receipt, screenshot or confirmation reference number.

  4.  Your transaction will not be processed until proof of payment is received.

. Refund Policy

All sales are final. Due to the nature of live animal sales, we are unable to offer refunds or cancellations after payment has been made. By proceeding with your transaction, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.

Exceptions may apply in the following situations:

  • The selected puppy becomes unavailable for sale after payment is received.
  • A demonstrable error in pricing or order details occurs due to system error.

Refund requests for the above reasons will be handled on a case-by-case basis and refunded via the original payment method.

By making a payment, you agree that:

  1. You are purchasing a puppy in “as-is” condition, with no implicit or explicit guarantees beyond those stated in our animal health guarantee.
  2. You have reviewed and accepted all details of the purchase, including price, breed, and age.

We are not responsible for:

  • Additional costs incurred (e.g., veterinary visits, upkeep, training).
  • Losses or damages resulting from your inability to securely complete your transaction.

6. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes regarding payment must be submitted in writing to blueheelerpuppiesforsale89@gmail.com within 7 business days of the payment date. We will make every effort to resolve disputes fairly and promptly.
